Bruce Herschensohn on "US Foreign Policy."

At 9 p.m. Bruce Herschensohn will analyze why the South Vietnamese government collapsed in 1975 despite its military victories, won partially due to America's contribution of wealth and blood.

It's a topic he covered in his book about U.S. involvement in Vietnam: An American Amnesia: How the US Congress Forced the Surrenders of South Vietnam and Cambodia.

Bruce will also share his views on the Obama Administration's foreign policy, and offering his own assessment and prescription for reform.
