Ted Brown, the Chair of the Libertarian Party of California (LPC), will discuss the state of party under the current open primary system, and the party platform (which some members wish to eliminate).
About Ted BrownTed has been a member of the LPC for many decades. His volunteer work for the LPC includes that of campus speaker and candidate recruiter. He previously served as Chair in 1989-90, and was elected for another term in 2015. |
